Steve & Karen Heiferman

Steve and Karen Heiferman created the Luxury Condominium Group in 1978 to specialize in the listing and sales of Westside luxury condominiums.

With over 40 years of real estate experience, Steve and Karen enjoy a reputation as the Westside’s most knowledgeable and hardest working sales team specializing in the marketing and sales of Luxury Condominiums on the Wilshire Corridor, Century City, and Beverly Hills.

Beginning with the concept of luxury high-rise properties as vertical communities, the Heiferman’s have spent a career understanding the nuances that make condominiums a unique maintenance-free, full security lifestyle.

During the past several years, they have participated in 37% of Luxury Condominium transactions for properties ranging in price from $350,000 to $8.5 million.

In 2007, they were named as the #1 Luxury Condominium agents at Hilton & Hyland / Christie’s Great Estates for their condominium sales in excess of $33.5 million. Since 1998, they have participated in 66% of all reported Luxury Condominium sales on Wilshire Boulevard of $1 million or more, and have sold over $430 million in Luxury Condominiums on the Westside.

Buyers, sellers, and real estate agents on the Westside have all come to rely on The Heifermans as the source for up to the minute information on condominium values.

Their expertise in the specialized niche of the Luxury Condominium market enables them to successfully match their clients’ needs and make selling or purchasing a home a smooth and enjoyable experience. Their list of satisfied clients ranges from CEOs of major corporations to the entertainment industry.

Steve received a B.A degree from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Karen’s background includes on-site sales for major Southern California developers.

Karen and Steve have been involved in the Westside community through their volunteer work on the Board of Directors of Meals on Wheels, Aids Project L.A., and California Special Olympics.
